Key Responsibilities

· Participate in industry coverage and business screening for all major sectors of Fosun Hive segment with a focus on sectors like real estate, intelligent retail, integrated care, commercial circulation, infrastructure, TMT and education

· Participate in all aspects of investment transactions including: sourcing, analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, documentation, and post transaction management

· Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders

· Monitor market trends on a global scale

Requirements

· 2019 MBA graduates with around 5 years of work experience in investment and asset management related fields

· Knowledge in private equity, venture capital, equity research, investment banking, and business management is highly preferred

· Well organized self-starter who is able to drive a process forward to completion, through effective prioritization and multi-tasking

· Well trained with strong judgment, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively

· Good team player with excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills

· Strong motivation in joining our commitments in above mentioned locations

Our Speakers

Wei Bo

Mr. Wei Bo serves as Corporate Executive Officer of Four Trees, Fosun Hive US and also the Co-president Representative of Fosun Group US. Mr. Bo is mainly in charge of the Asset management and Property Management Department for Fosun's properties.

Anna Leung

Ms. Anna Leung serves as Managing Director of Investment in Four Tress, Fosun Hive US, core executive team member of Fosun's global real estate initiatives - focus ranging from strategic planning to execution of corporate M&A, deal transactions, and JV on multiple aspects of the oversea real estate business. Anna graduated from University of Florida with a Ph.D. degree.

Federico Lacour

Mr. Federico Lacour serves as Investment and Acquisition Managing Director of Four Tress, Fosun Hive US, currently co-leading the Fosun US real estate investment team in the acquisition of capital platforms and properties. Prior to joining Fosun, Federico spent more than 20 years in blue-chip REITs, private equity funds & investment banks. He is an experienced healthcare real estate executive with track record of investment and M&A in the US, LATAM & Europe. Federico graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with an MBA degree.

Shaun Kirby

Mr. Shaun Kirby serves as Partner and CFO of Resolution , Fosun Hive Holdings. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years pan-European finance experience. Shaun began his career at KPMG, eventually becoming Audit Partner. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Math and Statistics from Warwick University.
Arthur Chen
Mr. Arthur Chen serves as Managing Director of Global Corporate Development and Chief Representative to the UK at Fosun Group. He has over 10 years of investment and management experiences, having led and managed over 1 billion dollars cross-border transactions in sectors such as financial institution, technology, property and healthcare. Arthur holds a B.A. degree from Peking University in China, an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in the U.S., as well as an MBA degree from IMD in Switzerland.
Julien Renaud-Perret

Mr. Julien Renaud-Perret joined Fosun Hive Holding as Managing Director Hospitality Europe in January 2017 and since September 2017 holds a leadership role of Chief Development Officer of PAREF, a French listed REIT based in Paris. He brings 25 years of experience in international leisure, hotels and real estate. Julien began his career in 1992 at EuroDisney as Financial Analyst and rose through the ranks to become Strategic Planning Manager. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor degree from ISG.
